Just finished my second season of open and wanted to continue playing demo. I spent the last season calling for and leading demo reviews with my team, and would prefer teams that focus heavily on reviews and constructive criticism. Sweet spot might be a top open team but I'm willing to try and learn in IM as well.
I'm west coast, so I'm usually not available before 9:30EST, but can scrim really late if needed. I also own a server/mumble.

Zoma is one of the smartest, most dedicated demo players I know. He watches both himself and others play quite regularly, and he picks up all kinds of weird and effective strats. I will be very surprised if he doesn't make IM in the next season, if he doesn't get outright picked up by an IM team in preseason. He has grown incredibly quickly in his two seasons of open, and I don't see him stopping anytime soon.
He'd do well on a serious, dedicated team with plenty of demo reviews. He would also do well in a team that lets him be a strong voice in the combo.

I've played on a team with Zoma for the past two seasons of ESEA. He's a great teammate: he is always working to improve himself, he has solid game sense, and he ultimately maincalled for the team the majority of the time. I think it would be great for him to land on a team where he doesn't necessarily have to maincall. He's friendly and loves to talk strategy, and he'll work those discussions into his play during scrims.
He expects and deserves teammates that have dedication and the drive to improve. If there are recurring problems, he won't hesitate to address them frankly (a positive, in my view). My only criticism would be that sometimes he'll begin to discuss something during a scrim that can wait until post-scrim or even demo review. That's really easily solved by reminding him that it can wait, though (in other words, he's not bull-headed about it).
