Kond3Pfightdoes anyone know the console command for enabling last hit sound so I don't have to go into my options every time I launch tf2?tf_dingaling_lasthit_pitch_override 0-255
tf_dingaling_lasthit_pitchmaxdmg 0-255
tf_dingaling_lasthit_pitchmindmg 0-255
tf_dingaling_lasthit_volume 0-1

I mean specifically the command that this checkbox controls, the pitch/volume commands do nothing because it's off by default

lootwhat does tf_dingaling_lasthit_pitch_override do?

If you set it to a valid pitch value(1-255), every last hit will have the same pitch regardless of how much damage you did upon said last hit. If you leave this off, it will use the tf_dingaling_pitchmaxdmg and tf_dingaling_pitchmindmg values, just like it would with your normal hitsound.

so essentially it's redundant with tf_dingaling_lasthit_pitchmaxdmg and tf_dingaling_lasthit_pitchmindmg?

is lasthit tied with the regular hitsound commands, or is there a way to only enable kill sounds

i was just wondering if i was able to use lasthit sounds while playing classes like pyro because i can't stand the hitsound spam

tf_dingaling 0
tf_dingaling_lasthit 1

Seems like the obvious solution.

basically sv_pure 2 on valve servers uses a file whitelist, but it's always had exceptions for hitsound.wav. for some reason it no longer does. so basically it's a server issue rather than a client one.
