I was wondering will it actually make aiming as Solly easier or better? Are there any Solly mains out there that bought one and whats your option of it.

It won't help you as much as it helps scout or sniper mains, but it will help. A lot. Not only is it waaay more enjoyable to play with 144hz, but it really, really helps you hit the "quick" things in the game, flick directs and airshots, checking behind you, etc.

I've never had anything above 60Hz but my understanding is you're basically seeing everything in like slightly slow motion and you feel stupid for not being able to aim before, and you aim with 120+ Hz with no problem

You literally see more frames. How much you benefit from this obviously depends on what you are doing but having a higher frame and refresh rate will always be good, regardless of what you're doing. Basically you just see more things overall.
