So according to this thread, ghosts now spawn randomly in valve, and some community servers. Wondered if anyone has seen anything like this yet and if its a game-wide thing can they appear in match servers and ruin them?

it would be nice if valve would've added that they couldn't spawn on servers with mp_tournament set to 1
