Hello guys.Recently we started a TF2 project, starting from USA location.

The thing is i have a really large budget , thousands of dollars and i want to make something really big and popular , especially in USA location.Of course , we will have servers in EU as well as in AU? , Asia? maybe too.But the thing is that a major goal is to be really big in usa.The main problem is how to get popular servers , what could we do with money in order to get popular servers.We need more serious people for our team in order to make all very good and right , in order to get popular servers.
Also , i'm willing to pay good money if you will be very helpful for us and the most important: YOU KNOW HOW TO MAKE POPULAR SERVERS , HOW TO PUT MONEY IN ORDER TO GET IT , that's the most important.

What is the aim of the project? is it a pug service? is it simply a comp community? is it mge/dm servers?
I think you need to put more of you goals/objectives out there other than "you have a large budget", depending on that, I would be willing to help

I think this is the final goal of this project, for anyone who's curious. From reading this, I think they just want to create a self-sustaining community of gameservers. (self-sustaining = money-making necessarily, you have to pay on an ongoing basis for servers, and maybe they're thinking paid staff?).
To the OP: unless I don't know any better, the only way to get any return whatsoever from paying for a server is through either ads, donations, or some kind of membership payment. People hate obtrusive ads, donations are unreliable, and a membership... well, depends on whether people are liking what they get. The FTP model is hard, dude. That's why gaming companies have gigantic marketing departments to figure out how to get money off of their free games, and it might not be much different for you with your free-to-access servers.

Reminds me of the story of the presidential candidate who had all the funding to be elected but stood for nothing.
Feels like a troll, but if it is true the saying "A fool and his money will soon depart". Honestly I don't get the aim of this thread, if you want to set up a server what is the purpose? For a community? To sponsor a team? To gain regular players to advertise to?
