Hey I like playing with cl_interp_ratio 2 on scout but when I join the server it defaults to 1 and even after joining spec and trying to change, it just won't change. I have my cfg to change it the ratio to 2 when I go scout but it won't work all the time. It works sometimes but it usually won't work on servers with a comp config on (mp_tournament or something?).

some servers cap interp_ratio to 1 (which is fucking retarded), use cl_interp as well
the reason you want to use both is because on servers that just restrict updaterate (primarily pub servers) you need ratio to keep the same hitreg
