tennis elbow that was apparently noninflammatory or something

its better now, I just wear a brace when benching and dont hold as long when locking out. worst part is I breathe different on bench

you can still build muscle, you just have to go a lot slower. I'd increase the weight at about half the rate of a normal person and if you feel any pain in your elbow in the next week skip the next week. gotta give it plenty of time to heal.

fyi, if you're not a moron you understand that fat retention is, biologically, a showing of wealth. For most creatures a lot of resources is better than a cut bod.
also fyi, broScience is the most worthless shit ever.

I don't even care if i got baited.

You're making a lot of assumptions. Fat retention doesn't equate no will power. I'm sorry you have issues controlling your weight.

It was common in more ancient times of human development, that larger women/higher body fat was more desirable. Just look at old greek statues. Because food is much more prevalent now, fat stores are no longer a sign of fitness (evolutionary fitness, not gym) because there is no need to store in case of a starvation period.

This has changed our view to that skinny is more attractive, because there are less health problems involved. In the past, those health problems were worth it, as they was better than starvation.

DrPloxoFor most creatures a lot of resources is better than a cut bod.

Honestly... I don't think Americans need to worry about having stored fat... we have plenty of food. Being in good shape just shows that your willing to work towards a goal and accomplishing it.

an attractive body fat level is 12~15%, not >20%

While I agree with the point you're trying to make your numbers are less than accurate for women.

TurinIt was common in more ancient times of human development, that larger women/higher body fat was more desirable.

nah

note that many of these paintings depict goddesses and royalty which represent the ideal of what a woman should be for that time period. you can find more with a simple google search. common features include: small waist, protruding hip bones, thin arms, long legs, tight ass, etc...

fat women have never been desirable in any culture, save for a few isolated tribes in africa. not only has the male's spectrum for attraction not changed in the past 6000 years, it wouldn't even have made any sense if it had. in ancient times, people had to work to survive and women were expected to have certain jobs and tasks, same as men. a fat women would have been seen as nothing but a depletion of resources, food, a higher risk of disease, and poor fertility.
