while I understand that people might find baloo to be more aesthetically pleasing than the original koth_ultiduo_rb7 map, I think it's significantly less balanced

the only real height advantage on baloo is the capture point itself - that gives the defending team a significant advantage in every fight, which is basically the polar opposite of the original map

I think if you were to choose only one map for the entire tournament, it should be the map that creates more fair fights and exchanges in point control

just my 2 cents, nick and I will be looking forward to the tourney either way

Baloo is probably more fun to watch and I personally have more fun playing it, but grape is totally right about the balance issues. I vote for the map to be changed to koth_ultiduo

This sounds really cool, you should definitely get it casted or at least streamed.

Some thoughts:
Map should be koth_ultiduo, since it's a player's tournament, not a spectator event (baloo looks better but plays worse).
Double elimination would be cooler unless you have so many teams that it becomes drawn out.
Overdose should be allowed (any reason it shouldn't?)

It's worth noting that when this guy posted about it on reddit it got removed because nobody knew who he was and the grand prize was only like 3 keys to a 1 key buy in, meaning he was Going to keep a lot and it just seemed very scammy in general.
