This is an asymmetrical 5cp map. Why? I don't know. Sorry. I tried -- the symmetrical version was just so terrible, so tell me how this plays.

On Red's last, there a big ammo pack shoved into the rock that isn't able to be picked up.

Same last, but there's a small ammo pack on the left side of the textureless cube that's floating too far off the ground.

This ammo pack's just kinda sitting in the middle of nowhere, but it might just be me who it irks.

I was only able to go over it for like half a second, so I didn't really get much for you. I'll probably look it over in detail a little more later.

imo an asymmetrical map isn't really good for competitive scene (implying it's aimed to competitive)

Despite the implied advantage/disadvantage of one side having a different layout for the second point, I think it'd be best if people pugged a bit seeing if it was really noticeable/overpowered.

I mean if the size is not changed for the area surrounding CP2 for both sides, it could prove to be refreshing

EDIT: Seeing the map from blue side, I feel like the advantages of blue rollout as well as an entirely different layout for CP2 Blue would make blue a little more sided. TF2 has this thing about its map where it's basically even for both sides through both halves of the comp matches. Having a map like this makes me think of CS:GO where maps are T-sided/CT-sided and you can come back in the second half. Not really a fan of the idea, but it's worth exploring in a pug

tbh the #1 thing I'm worried about is whether the map is intuitive enough or not. being asymmetrical yeah, I can make changes that shift the balance of individual CPs, but it's a lot harder for players to learn the map because there's like twice as much stuff. It might be too much for some people. So if you guys have any feedback about that I would appreciate it just as much as balance concerns.

@rollouts: The blue rollouts are probably too fast, yeah. It might work better if the blue demo rollout were slower, since blue ground classes get there before red, but I'm not sure if it's easy to just nerf the blue demo rollout and not the ground classes. I'll probably have to band some corners harder or extend the blue side of the map even more. Condensing the red side of the map would be a huge challenge, and it's already happened once.

Symmetry has always been a thing we've wanted in 95% of the maps played, but has there really been an actual and honest experience with asymmetrical maps that made the concept pointless to try further? I've yet to see an asymmetrical map aimed towards 6s that had any potential, but I guess that really just depends on who's making it and how much feedback the creator gets.

- added more health pickup overlays
- fixed misplaced/misaligned ammos
- moved red spawns to help rollouts
- moved some rocks to slow down blue walking rollout ~0.5 sec

- added fences on red 2nd to stop braindead players from falling down in places they don't have to
- added a second ramp onto red 2nd third level
- made the "shed" exit from red last more spacious
- improved height and clipping of the fence ramp on bottom

- added a single pill to the red side of mid
- changed last offense respawn times (now 4-8 for both sides) and red last respawn times
- fixed announcer

- made some experimental changes to blue 2nd
- made some experimental changes to red building on mid
- fixed an overpowered sightline through red mid building

- fixed blue last spawn door

having the two small packs in the back there and then a med health and small pack seem a little redundant.

havent seen the map but asymmetry can't be that bad, can it? we have team switches during halves. it could make very interesting games.
