I wish i was 21 so i could get drunk and hit on the cute ignite employee lady. She was so adorable. I wish i had the confidence to go up to her and say "hey girl, youre pretty cute. Not that im trying to brag or anything but I'm a LAN champion." I cant stop thinking about her cute short hair and petite stature. Oh boy did she ignite the flame in my heart.

I had such a memorable time, big thanks to Dave_ for pulling the teeth needed to convince me to play, I'm really glad I did. Just as I'm really glad I even attended in the first place, the venue, the staff, the players and the fucking fantastic people that coordinated everything -- it was just a great experience, though I wish I had taken it upon myself to socialize a little bit more; there we're a few people that I wish I had talking to a little bit more, or chatted to at all, but it was truly a pleasure to meet so many of the enjoyable, brilliant and unique individuals that comprise the tf2 community.

I just had a fucking blast man, no alcohol based social lubricant (necessarily) required to hang with such super gamers. Thank you guys for making that 12 hours so great.

I had a great time. Everyone was awesome and friendly. So many people I couldn't meet everyone! Excited to go back next year!

It was a blast even if I was pretty awkward. There were lots of super friendly people and getting to meet them was great. The in house pugs were awesome even if my team did get rolled (we live forever as Sezco's Six). I only wish I'd gotten to play more of those.

If it happens again I will most definitely be there.

Yeah we totally should have gotten some casual pugs going too.

I'd love to do it again in a few months or so and make this a semi regular thing. I'm willing to take the reins on it as well if you're busy with other stuff, lange. I'm sure it was a hell of a lot of work to get something like this off the ground.

Basically this, I probably should of been more social than I was, though I still met a fair number of people. It was a bunch of fun to just play the game around other people and casting for part of the night was a blast too.

Thanks to everyone who set it up, prior to and during. Hopefully I see most of you guys out at GXL :D

I definitely want to do more of these, potentially more than just once a year. I have to reflect for a while on this one first, and i52 and GXL need to be in the books before I think about more events. Rest assured though, I want another WCRV as much as you do and I will do everything in my power to make it happen.

Really a fantastic time. One day I might get over coming in 2nd but that may take a while. Had a great time meeting everyone I could and playing as much as possible. Thanks again for making it possible Lange, seems like everyone really enjoyed it.

I don't know what went down before the finals but to my understanding Dave_ put out a hit on meb and threatened Disengage to join our roster over the justin / tictack combo. I apologize for the roster mixup, it wasn't very fair at all.

Tictack was trying to play for meb but he didn't have the server info and kept asking me for it even though I wasn't playing.

The "4 ??????" are Grawgs, Odin's Beard (my brother), myself (standing in back), and PK (kneeling, blue shirt). We all came together and had been hanging out in St. Louis the previous 3 days as Odin and I showed PK and Grawgs around town (Zoo, City Museum, etc.). Will post pics of that as soon as we get them off of the phone.

All in all, it was the most fun I've had in a while. 9.75/10, would definitely go to this again.

Yeah the computer situation was pretty odd. I gave the guy my flash drive and told him what folder it was, then he came back 10 minutes later and said he'd moved everything over. Actually he had moved nothing over and I ended up playing with a random hud edit I had in my Dropbox and an old config I got from the steam cloud. The staff was SUPER friendly and accommodating outside of that though. If I lived closer I'd probably go there a lot just on my own.
