Weird slow movement glitch

Hey, recently I have been getting this glitch where I have significantly slower movement speed. This sometimes happens during scrims so it can be a big inconvenience because so far the only way to fix this has been to restart tf2. In the demo below, If you use cl_showpos 1 and look at "vel" you can see that I am moving at a slower movement speed than normal, at about 244 hu/second. The normal speed for pyro is supposed to be 300 hammer units/second. I have no idea what could be causing this glitch so any help would be appreciated.

it seems like super complicated way to have viewmodels (and crosshairs?) change based on what weapon is out. but jesus christ man, there has to be a better way.

That list of commands is part of my cross hair/view model switcher.it allows me to toggle view models on and off specific to one slot. It could be the game crapping out because of having too many commands go off at once, or something

Yeah, maybe it's time to clean up my config...
