Help with Chrome Extension

So basically, theres an extension called SavveNewaAAppz, what it does is highlights a random word and leads you to an ad if you click on it.

*where it says power and boot*
Its really annoying so i decided to delete it from my computer. I went into my programs and found something similarly named and deleted it but this extension is still there, even after i remove it from the chrome extension list. I'm really bad with this kinda stuff, can anyone help me?

i had an extension like that and it stayed on chrome even after i deleted it. I had to reinstall chrome to get rid of it.

Did you run Anti-Malware and SpyBot S&D?

My brother had that one and some other weird one, and running both those and removing them from Firefox seemed to fix it.

I did run malwarebytes thinking that it might have been this, but it didn't come up with anything. I got rid of it by doing what #2 said and re-installing it
