crosshair question

Hi all,
A common problem I have is that often my crosshair will get lost in the backgroud/colour of some players wearing painted stuff. I noticed the crosshair in minecraft; I was wondering if it would be possible to have a crosshair like the minecraft crosshair, which changes colour depending on the background colour? (ie if the background is dark the crosshair itself will become whiter and vice versa. Watch a minecraft vid if you don't know what I'm talking about)

It'd be pretty cool if this is possible

edit: I am aware of hud crosshairs and bright colours; it'd be nice if my question was answered...

Get a nice bright green or magneta crosshair, will never get lost. Alternatively get a bind that alternates between 2 or 3 colours that you can toggle.

Oh my gosh I've never thought of this. Thanks for the suggestions regardless, I guess I should've mentioned that in my original post

Who the hell do you think you are?
And what do you mean by "even you goat?"
I got no problem helping people out that need it but this is just borderline retarded. People been giving you solutions for your problem of not being able to see your crosshair all the time and you still complain about their inability to read? It's not possible period.

Learn to read. In my original post I have clearly stated that I am aware of those aforementioned solutions. I wanted to see if a completely new solution was possible, hence my question.

'even you goat', because if you refer to the argument pyramid, I assumed you were a man of higher intelligence than what it seems you posses.

To make the painfully obvious logic clear: Asking whether or not a a crosshair that changes color based on what surface it is on is like asking if it's possible to equip your Scout with an M4A4 from CS:GO. It's just not possible unless Valve decides to implement it (which they haven't, if you're still wondering).

I use a bright green color and I never have problems with seeing it, despite having really bright textures on some maps because of lod+20. I guess that could be because my crosshair is just quite thick. Try that out, just a suggestion
