By movement do you mean surfing rockets or air strafing?

This might sound weird but when I played a lot of medic I found pubs one of the best ways to practice pure movement and survival.
You have no pocket. Your team will not help you. You are not communicated enemy positions. Nobody gives a crap about you. You have to read the minds of your teammates and the opponents all the time, push and retreat whenever you need to. You will also eat plenty of projectiles to learn strafing. Playing on a good pub (like STAR's server or any "pubcomp server" when there are players on) where you cannot just run around and ubersaw everyone helps.

If you just want to practice pure strafing I guess you should get someone to play with you on an allclass mge server and fire rockets at you.

Surf maps can help you control your airstrafes better. The most important part of getting better movement imo is to get better at actually moving out of the way of projectiles being shot at you, so the best thing is really just to play a lot of scrims and pugs and focus on not getting hit.

If you want sufing practice I recommend playing shortstop+pocket pistol scout in pubs, as it will allow you to notice a lot when you get slightly better at surfing, and allow even small blasts to help your precision (try landing on objects etc.) I find it is a fun way to get better @ surfing. As for movement, I would just join pubs and see how long you can survive while playing with your team.(pub team not team team)

Okay thanks for advice guys :)
i don't think Surf maps will help me in my case cause my problem is being too predictable
But I think Pubs idea is not bad (If anyone know any good pubcomp servers EU give me IP please :c I know one but it hasn't alot of people in it )
also if there's anything more specific than pubbing or scrimming like jump maps for jumping or MGE for 1v1

Pretty much any surf map on Susurfit is good for starters and help improving air control. Here's the IP: 66.151.244.243:27015

Surfing is helpful because it helps you condition your muscle memory. Air strafing, depth perception, and absolutely perfect and precise mouse movement are requirements for proficient surfing.

In gaining the ability to surf well, you will inherit great control of your player model, and test the limits of your mouse sensitivity and available space on the surface your mouse is on.

I think surfing is great. It takes time, practice, and patience though, and unfortunately surfing does not appeal to everyone. But if you do choose to surf and stick to it, you won't regret it.

If you're worried about being too predictable, any time you make a directional decision just think about the way you were going to go, then go the other way. This works as a starting point.

The other thing is to think about which way you are facing - often people read more into what they think you know than it seems.

Just play pcw's, try to do unexpected things when you move(positioning)... It's all about mind games.

If you're dying too much in games, you might want to have talk with your pocket/demo about their positioning etc..

MGE soldier v soldier is all about surfing rockets

well that and sick airshots, but I never get the latter so might as well work on the former

Someone might have already said this, but there are Reddit mge servers that allow you to do medic v anything (med v soldier is nice to get those rocket surfs down to an art :P). When I have a chance I'll find the IPs and update my post with those.

tr_newbots is nice to practice some simple surfs.

Any ultiduo is good to practice dodging and movement with your pocket v another combo.

Edit: this should be it... south.tf2.rugc.us:27205 (atlanta) and red.happyfarmers.co:27016 (Germany if you are European)

You learn to dodge rockets from bombers or surf them if you have to. Only reason I play MGE as soldier, since I main scout.
