Differences between zowie mouses

About 30 mintues ago, I heard a weird sound from my DA and it started feeling lighter, and when I would turn over my mouse I'd hear a weird jingle, so I got a bit worried.
I feel and realize that Razer mouse/DA is nice and all but not durable/lasting.
I never liked the Logitech mouses and think my only options left is Zowie or a Microsoft mouse.

Between the FK, EC2-Evo, and the EC1-Evo, what is the difference? Are they durable, long-lasting, and etc.
Hoping for other zowie users to post also on their opinions. Thanks!

You didn't mention it but I'm rather fond of my AM and it has held up great over the past 6 months.

If you're switching from DA i'd recommend EC1-EVO. I have it, like it lots.

From my experience the EC1 is the exact same thing as the IME but with better side buttons and a very sturdy mousewheel. For the record I own the original EC1 white version (not the eVo). From what I've read the differences are very slight between the two versions of the mouse.

No. The computer mouse was named after the rodent because it looked similar. The word was adopted, not invented. Mice is the correct plural, but mouses is still a verb (i.e. he mouses over the correct link before clicking it).

The Microsoft(R) Manual of Style for Technical Publications

says: "Avoid using the plural mice; if you need to refer to more
than one mouse, use mouse devices."

if you like the shape of the DA, then get the EC1-evo, if you find it a bit too big and want the same shape but smaller get the EC2-evo.

White version is glossy, Black version is felt. I found the white version much easier to grip and hold while playing.

I am sorry for my horrible grammar, I shall call them mouse devices.

Cloudmaker2Have you tried steelseries?

Nope, I been thinking about it, but hearing about the built-in accel is kind of telling me not too.

Also still unanswered, is the Zowie durable/long-lasting? I'm really looking for a mouse that can last at least a year or more, I don't click really hard or repeatedly alot(the DA has trained me well) and just hoping to stick to something for a long while so I don't have to switch mouses every few months.

zowie seem to have the best sensor around right now with good build quality. I think it's your best bet if you're worried about random accel.

I wanna switch from an abyssus to a new mouse since this one is already starting to break. What's a good mouse to buy? Preferably something similar in shape/feel.
