Even if it was fixed, it's already been said that Multiplay does not do public STVs for the Grand Finals. Plus, with internet down from this DDOS, no one outside the venue would be able to connect to the STV anyway, unless it was on it's own, dedicated, seperate network, outside the DDOS.
