Yellow/Green/Red curry are the 3 main types of thai curry I know of. They're all named for the type of peppers they use. Red curry uses more chili powder and is hotter (at least from what I remember), green curry is sweeter, and yellow curry is like a milder red curry.

They're all good, if I go to a thai restaurant I normally just pick one at random and am happy with it.

Thai Jungle Curry, Panang, and Green Curry are probably my favourites. I couldn't really tell you the difference(s) between them - I just know they're tasty ;]

Massaman curry is, in my experience, the thickest curry, but it's actually super sweet.

My favorite to get regularly is green curry. It's a little thin, but pretty spicy and delicious.

Drunken noodles are super good, too, but not precisely a curry.

Jungle curry is a curry without any coconut milk, usually tangy and light but bursting with spice and flavour. Red curry uses a hotter, richer flavoured base while green curry tastes fresher and, well, greener. Massaman is sweeter and thick. Thai food isn't limited to curry though! It's interesting, diverse and delicious :)
