Hello.

My scripts and resource files are in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Team Fortress 2\tf\custom\broselhud

Hitsounds seem to work fine, the menu and cfgs seem to load fine as well. The main issue is that I have no crosshair, other issues include fucked up fonts/ui. Here's how it looks.

Edit: Oh yeah, the scoreboard is royally fucked too.

jermangYou are not supposed to make an entire new folder for your HUD. Try putting the resource and scripts folder in your user folder

example: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Team Fortress 2\tf\custom\userstuff\resource

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Team Fortress 2\tf\custom\broselhud\resource

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Team Fortress 2\tf\custom\userstuff\resource

THESE ARE THE SAME THINGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG HALLLLLLLLLLLP

and also I think you are supposed to have your resource and script folders in your tf folder as well as under custom/username/

validate game then restart your computer to fix the launch issue

but since I don't know directories at all apparently I don't know how to fix your crosshair problems

The launch issue obviously fixed after verifying. I'm more worried about the hud shit.

Configs work, I still mod my configs in the cfg folder. Maps are recommended to be put in tf/maps since they show up when you create a local game.

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Team Fortress 2\tf\custom\userstuff\resource

I put it in

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Team Fortress 2\tf\custom\hud\resource

Dunno, worked for me.
