This past week I've been bored and was watching Counter Strike and I know that they have a HLTV/Valve ranking system. So I thought that would be cool if we had something like that in TF2 again. I spent about 2 days inputting data in manually for teams, after sharing the spreadsheet with a few people they told me "Why not make a player rankings". So this past week I've been creating a spreadsheet and I made my unofficial player rankings. This is similar to this system but I'm a psychopath and have been adding the data in manually. So there is incomplete data and this only starts at around mid-2024 since I have a weighted table for recency so its kind of irrelevant once we hit 2 years or more. I can tweak how its weighted but i figured this is not a bad start.

As an honest European TF2 fan both the AFS season and current season 52 TOP division should be B tier in my opinion, quality of teams in these 2 seasons don't justify A tier.

The open tournaments of (EU) LANs should not be as influential as the invite brackets
entire LAN rosters are placing in the top 100 simply for placing somewhere in the middle of LAN open brackets
I should not be in the top 100 of EU above many prem players
Solarlight is in the 70s ranks for EU as demoknight main and never playing above div2 which is admittedly kinda funny

For poland 2026 i've made a separate tournament for group stage which is a tier lower, for those who didn't make top 8.
To remind everyone this is also based on how recent a event was, the more recent it was the more points they get. Which is also why I plan on only doing Invite/Prem and other big tournaments with the 2-3 or more big teams from that region.
