Would recommend a VPS box. Little complex to setup, especially if you're not familiar with linux. Aar has a pretty decent guide both on YouTube and here. You'll just need to have different ports open for each server separately so that you can use the same IP address.

My friend and I personally use NFO servers which have always been pretty good. We have a TF2 server and a bunch of other source games on it. You can even get Minecraft servers and websites setup all on the same one too. Hope this helps!
