Be honest; I think most people go a month max, average about a week or have given up altogether.
If u somehow manage to stick to it, how did u do that?
Bonus question: What new years resolutions would u suggest to others?

I've accomplished some good things in my life, maybe even some great things.

Not once was it ever associated with a new years resolution. I've always thought of them as milquetoast, insincere, and performative.

I'm glad for whoever it does work though.

New Years Resolutions are kinda cringe in general because if you wanted to really change you would have done it before the arbitrary date where you are "supposed to be a new person".

That being said a couple months max before people usually start folding.

especially when signing up to gyms, they get flooded after new years and it turns a lot of people off

I've already started my own personal goals, only reason I thought about this is because next payday I want to sign up at the gym and coincidentally it's at the start of the new year.

Although, I'm thinking of just making a membership in february, 'cause there are way too many signups in jan

If you actually want to do it and are going to stick to it, start it ASAP instead of waiting

If you need to wait for a calendar year to begin in order to convince yourself to get up and do something, you're probably ultimately not going to go through with it.
