Nip nop, Luigi, and possibly other players like to use demons that harvest fear energy to move about the astral worlds and generally cause problems for people's life. These guys need the ultimate punishment tbh because they are an absolute menace to whoever they find. They want to put their jizz in people etc torture them, hypnotize them, etc...
