Where are you used to purchase/sell TF2 items?

Hi! I am curious if there is any way to purchase tf2 items outside the steamcommunity?
I have found a few sites, but I'm not sure if those are safe enough

backpack.tf, marketplace.tf (dont think u can sell there anymore) and scrap.tf. Not sure about other sites.

marketplace is bad now that normal people can't sell items, I use mannco.store personally. lots of items and the standard items (tour of duty ticket, keys) are way cheaper than on mp. also it isn't a scam!

A friend told me that he used that website to exchange and sell items, but it was not tf2 items.
