Every other e-sport does 8/9 EST scrims regardless of work. They're more willing to schedule at off times. HL does 8:30/9;30 on Mondays. While we're at it, why are match times Tues/Thurs if HL has Monday matches? Would Wed/Fri not be better when Friday is essentially a free day of the week where everyone pugscrims anyways? Are we just this addicted to an old ESEA schedule?

I think a league with a 40k prizepool is a good thing, actually. I understand the apprehension because TFCL has been pretty unsuccessful, but having investment from a business is really a huge deal for the scene and I would encourage everyone to actually give the league a try.
