I don't understand, I have more than enough bandwidth to view streams at 720p+, but the video freezes and stutters unless I lower the quality; is it twitch's fault?

i'm having the same issue. might be because of summer and increased internet usage but my speed tests show normal speeds.

It's because of Twitch, this has been going on for a long time. Their servers can't keep up with all the demand
