tl;dr they think it will reduce amount of dislike raids so genuinely good content won't be disliked because people won't know it's being targeted

i think people from youtube management are detached from the reality, because thanks to them now you can't see if some hindi tech tips are useful or shit beside the comment section, also there is a lot of contents worth a ton of dislikes for instance if they promote opinions/matters people spit on
