With a low sens, elbow pivot for big general changes in aim (turning around 180, doing huge flicks, etc), wrist pivot for smaller more precise adjustments.

I don't even know anymore. I'm in a hallway surrounded on all sides by mirrors, the walls keep getting closer. My head darts back and forth and every time it does my sensitivity goes lower. My monitor and my chair and my desk shift back and forth by inches without rhyme or reason. A pile of different types of mice pile up in front of me surrounded by empty mountain dew cans. Where's my arm? I can't tell anymore.

i use my elbow to pivot off my wrist rest, my desk is level with the height of my chair so my arm rests on the desk too, i lift my mouse a lot and i recently switched over to a wireless mouse and has made aiming a lot easier

Hol up. Am I not supposed to have my arm drag across the desk?

Elbow pivot off chair. Which is a completely awful idea if you ever want to go to LANs. Folding chairs don't have arm-rests!

see here lies the real problem, it isnt picking arm vs forearm, its having a good sense and for long enough to know when to arm forearm and wrist aim. if you cant transfer from forearm to arm then to wrist in a fight and still hit you shots then what is the point of a low sense.

I agree. I think ergonomically speaking this is the proper way as well.
