I put together this quickly if you don't feel like doing it yourself, not sure if it's a perfect replica but should be close.

You can change the color of damage numbers with hud_combattext_[red|green|blue] in console.

anyone still have this hud? download link is dead.

nah the stream quality isnt too good but its more cross shaped with a small gap in the middle
