What are some good Christmas presents for the folks? And don’t say picture frames/socks.
I'm going to be honest man, the answer is socks.
Perhaps they'd actually like something with thought put into it
parents dont care about what they get as long as they get something so give them ugly sweaters.
If youre asking random people who know nothing about the recipient its gonna be a shitty gift. Think about past conversations, did they mention needing something? It could very well be socks, but only you know what they need/want. Put some effort in.
i got my mom memory foam slippers and a electric wine bottle opener, those are just some little stocking stuffers imo her big gift is a iPad pro 12.9 because she broke her old one.
get them something that will make their lives easier
I'll second Marmaduke's suggestion, if you're still young and living at home expectations are likely nil and even less if you're not working. Try and make something if nothing else - there are plenty of DIY projects that you'll likely fuck up a bunch of times and learn something useful, but could result in neat stuff.
This gift seems sweet
