all in all this makes soldier so much harder to play as imo
it's not like he got nerfed but everyone else got buffed in a way and he's lagging so hard behind

Air_badlands is literally the only map in rotation where it was a valid play to instead of sack someone for a med just run onto the point and hope the demo has a momentary lapse of attention

Never happens in any remotely serious team.

Air_it doesn't take skill to stop a badlands cap it takes literally putting 8 stickies on it and standing on it 100% of the time its r e t a r d e d and you're probably awful for thinking thats good gameplay.

Stickies can be removed, the last is easily spammable from many entries. Also, did you have to make it personal ? You sound pretty retarded & clueless on how the game unfolds.

EDIT:

fahrenheit if by "punished hard" you mean "instantly lose the game" because someone isnt constantly standing at every flank so a scout cant skillessly stand on a point and instantly win

SkyeTested the medic movespeed buff: If the scout on your healbeam dies, you keep moving at scout speed indefinitely (or until you latch onto a slower heal target).

Obviously, if you stop healing the scout normally you go back to medic speed.

this might not be so bad, if your team wipes on mid (and your were healing a scout) the medic had a little better chance to get out and possibly save the round; or atleast the quick roll

Quickiebomb update seems kind of dumb, should at least remove the deleting stickies attribute now and buff the scottish resistance to make that the sticky deleting weapon.

I wish they just changed the Overdose's effect to passive instead of buffing the speed + letting medic run fast while healing scouts.

I swear making the overdose passive is all it needs to actually contend with the crossbow

People who want your HUDs to work, I got sent a workaround temporary fix

go to your custom hud folder (so for me its tf > custom > HUD)

in a plaintext editor (preferrably not notepad) create a file called info.vdf and put this in

"HUD name" { "ui_version" "1" }

where HUD name is the name of your custom folder.

Worked for me (modified KBNHud with a few additions/subtractions)

- demo didn't sticky point and a scout/paintrain rushed the point and instantly won
- sticks on point were cleared and a scout/paintrain rushed the point and instantly won
- the det was baited and a scout/paintrain edged the point and instantly won

reminder that quickiebomb clears sticks instantly and you can cap with vaccinator explosive resist on
