Just1sEven after those matches in ETF2L top players still tought of nameLess as one of the favourites of this lan. And also perilous didn't do that well. Yes they won, but some maps were very close and as casters said they could've easily lost some of them. So I really don't see how nameLess were been underdogs.

One of the favorites. Perilous sitting atop the tables at 10-0, with nameLess at 7-3. Regardless of how a team is regarded or thought of, it's tough to go on anything other than the tables, since the teams didn't face each other during the regular season yet. I'm not agreeing or disagreeing with the handicap.. and the lineups were slightly different for LAN. But that might help explain it a bit.

Even though nL lost 3 maps in the regular season so far, while Perilous went 10-0, it doesn't make nL "clear underdogs". Perilous players have less LAN experience than nL guys, which could definetely help the latter (you might say Thalash's sniping wasn't really on point compared to his online performance for example).

One of the favorites. Perilous just finished the season at 10-0, with nameLess finishing 7-3. Small point the season isnt over and the two teams havent played each other, yes nameless has lost points but two of their three losses were on product, which is apparently a weak map for them now, and reckoner a new map.

I dont know which team was the favourite just pointing out a few errors and giving context for your statement.

I don't see why a handicap would exist for a Grand Final and especially for nL.

Pretty lame that regardless of who wins their victory likely won't be on LAN. The situation isn't unreasonable on Dreamhack's part but it still sucks

Wait what happened? Missed the last few maps, they got kicked off stage or something for taking too long?

I find the last/mid/2nd stalemates really dull but sadly in 6s that is playing to win - But when a game is played like the Crowns vs Comfortably Spanked game, TF2 is amazing - the best game to watch by a mile for me.

So it is 2-2 with the final game yet to be played because of dh's schedueling at set up? If that is the case then when will the last game happen, if not an exact date a close one then.

id like to see a draw, i dont think a postponed rematch would really live up to this final. both teams deserve it imo.

eu clearly needs a super team to 5-0 everyone so the events can finish on schedule

Doesn't tell me the full story, luckily we have Whatsapp groups Craig. Typical IT support level of service there.

It's nice to have close games in any league though. I watched previous ozfortress final and it was really enjoyable. Recent Dreamhack Summer games were all super close as well. Can't really say much about NA games 'cause they all start at like 5-6 am for me.
