i never understood this
being a team leader is kind of a pain in the ass at times but you know you have to be super terrible to get cut so why not just get some people together

I think the biggest problem for leading at least for me, is the time commitment to making sure everyone shows up, picking the right players for the team, and setting up scrim schedules
