Probably the capture card they're using that lets them do all the replays and fancy shit is making it brighter and washed out. I think you can adjust it a little but some of that is to be expected.

between games keep the stats/views of players and interviews versus the same sfm

the sfm is p cool but keep it fresh if your going to play it as often as you do now.

That's not really a good excuse when you're broadcasting to 5 thousand people. People who get paid to do this stuff would get fired immediately over that sort of crap.

It was a minor hitch in a great cast.

Perhaps it might have been worth giving a quick "Sorry a drunkard got in" or whatever, but it's not worth focusing on.

Seems like a pretty reasonable excuse to me.

It's just 3 guys and their computers set up in a stairwell. Accidents happen.
A few thousand people had to briefly glance at a geometric symbol that happens to be associated with nazism. It's ok.

Unrelatedly: this was the best tf2 I've ever watched not only because the competition was so fierce, but because the camerawork and casting was impeccable. Bravo.

an online system is being used and someone broke into it and put that on the stream
no one on this production crew would have spent all this time making this stream for you guys just to do that

Glad to hear a good answer. Dumb that they felt the need to try and marr a great stream whoever it was. Dashner has been doing a great job and it must have been incredibly frustrating to see that sort of crap go up while he was producing.

I certainly don't want it to take away from how well the stream was produced. It was a work of art, everyone put in so much of their own time, gear and money to make this happen and it's truly amazing what you boys have done.

Not having Steam logins was my fault. Stream 2 was setup with an offline system, and while the crew were dealing with more important issues we kept stream 1 on the online system, as it was already set up to use it.

I should have enabled Steam logins at that point and didn't, you have my deepest apologies.
