Please help! Friend got scammed

So my friend just got scammed by a guy that I recommended , I mean he had steam rep no vac ban status etc etc! but then he ran no money but he got the unusual hat with plasma effects and ran! So i'm sorry if this is breaking rules for begging or something, but i'm trying to make him a present basket, i have 2 games hamiltons adventure and sonic and if anyone iss intrested please add me, anythign will be accepted in order to try and get his unusual back

Just wanted to say that ban was for mw2 when someone used hax on my accounts and I didn't create this so people can complain about me being a scammer I created this so that if anyone could help me out for my friend then I would be happy

This forum is a Competitive TF2 forum, not some trading forum like valve has. Personally I have 0 clue why you would come to us for your trading drama. I don't think anyone really cares about your friends hat or anything since you came on here begging for help and you aren't even apart of the community at all.
