Recruitment thread idea

I randomly decided to browse into the recruitment thread today and after spending a few minutes reading some, I wanted to see how many teams are looking vs players looking ratio. It's not very easy with tons of pages. I figured it would be easier for people and teams to have the requirement thread to have two sub-threads, one for players looking for teams and the other for teams looking for players.

Thanks

Maybe a third subforum for gauging interest in forming a new team? I've always noticed that there's always more people looking for a team than players, but it's not like there's an upper limit on how many teams can exist. I've always felt that people who miss out on finding existing team only fail to form their own because of lack of coordination.

I mean sure, tf2 and mumble servers and the like could pose a problem, but a central hub for such communication could be helpful.

Then again I could just be talking out of my ass...

Go ETF2L style on this?
http://etf2l.org/recruitment/
Not necessarily exactly like that, but done in a way which makes navigation/searching for specific classes, game types (6v6 + HL) and skill levels fairly simple.

I never really used this forum recruitment area as ETF2L has a fairly good and functioning one but I definitely think it should be reworked. As Muerte said, something more in the style of ETF2L's recruitment area would be really good

I plan on eventually scrapping the recruitment section altogether in favor of a system like etf2l's

I just noticed that another person already asked the same thing, so all credit goes to Khaki then. http://teamfortress.tv/forum/thread/10995-recruitment-section

PS- Thanks enigma, do you have time frame in mind? Nothing specific, more like if people are going to be using it this season or the next?

historically from reading the recruitment forums, I've noticed that there are far more players looking than teams. Starting a new team is a big responsibility so I guess not many want to do it
