Will try and spare an hour on a Sunday if available to lend a hand. Good work on getting these started again.

what a dumb cunt
He's a medic. Why is there so much scout advice?
Try and have yourself positioned in a way (pretty much all the time/any time there's an open space) that you are able to surf a rocket. On that same note, be careful of soldiers that will actually delay their first rocket on you (i.e. wait for you to jump), so you have no momentum to surf the rocket and go straight up or nowhere. On a similar note, the safest place you can be is with your team - try your best to not run away from them if someone is on you. If you make it harder for them to kill the guy on you then it increases your likelihood of dying.
I work pretty much same hours. I sometimes nap when on the train (not usually, I read most of the time), but I go for a walk/jog/run when I get home for about 30 minutes or so.
Makes me feel a lot more energised after that, for sure.
AndKennethI try not to, but I get so mad every time I see a capitalised eX.
At least we did not see eXertus.
What's the map?
I really am a fan of buying a decent/good pair of headphones and just buying a separate microphone, be it something like the mod-mic, desk mic, or a clip on (e.g. zalman). I use the ATH-AD900x's with a Zalman clip-on and they work just fine.
The upside with a decent pair of headphones compared to a headset is that they are also generally good for other things, like watching movies, listening to music and other such things (as well as games, mind you).
epic chatlog would xD again thanks for sharing
Hello.
I know this a repost, but this would be fucking amazing. Tapatalk is just a forum browsing app for portable devices, just making it easier to browse favourite forums. TFTV is obviously one of my most visited forums, the other one being ozfortress (which has the support). Would love if this weren't too difficult if it were explored as a potential thing to have going.

Hellbentpunch her in the fucking mouth
I was at work and spat water all over my screen and had to explain what the fuck happened to the person I share my office with.
Thanks hellbent.
Buying ticket next week. Still tentative about the event, but if there's a refund up til 2 weeks before the event then I may as well.
I can most probably do Saturday for what it's worth.
Sometimes, even when I don't get a message, I'd get a framerate drop to like 20fps for about 6 seconds. That was just when the overlay crashed for no reason, though. I think it has stopped now.
vanillaKapowwclorgThis is a neat idea, but everything you just showed was just dependent on your raw dm abilities and I didn't really notice any "decision making" on your part. You just aimed and killed the guys, if anything it was just a frag video with you casting. Maybe if you went more in depth and talked about why/how you lost fights it would be a better learning experience.
I'm trying to avoid 10 min videos but if people would rather that, I could do it
Oh so one problem I face is finding clips. There are some where I play it well but come out with nothing to show for it but think the majority of players need to see kills for assurance. I'm trying to find a middle ground but I understand what you mean. I've mentored players that make good choices but don't come out with kills because of mediocre dm so they think they made the wrong choice.
Shouldn't that be part of your advice? Play to your DM ability, if you died because of mediocre DM then you made the wrong decision.
How can you say that? 99+% players will make a decision to, lets say, kill the other team's medic. Goes behind, misses a bunch of shots for whatever reason. Just because it didn't work out doesn't mean it was necessarily the wrong decision - they just failed the execution.
In some cases, yes, you can attribute you making a decision to your skill in executing said decision. HOWEVER, making a decision to do something out of your comfort zone is what helps make you a better player.
