Deathadder DPI Issues

I use a 2013 Deathadder mouse, and whenever I start my computer, the DPI will reset to 1800 rather than my set 400.
I don't have any profiles in razer synapse, and it seems that many things trigger it.
Sometimes it starts at 1800, sometimes it goes to 1800 ONLY after I open certain programs, which are different each time (Sometimes its Steam, sometimes its TF2, sometimes its Chrome etc)
How do i fix this?

a different spotify related problem:
everytime i pause/play or skip tracks i get massive input lag in tf2 and the games registers my movements 5 seconds + after i pressed the button.
Also it crashes my mumble a ton and the only fix ive found it to pause/play music however that just leads to the earlier problem :(
what to do?

VipaYou suggest that he was caught wallhacking on tf2center and banned because of it. In reality, one of the players who abused the rep system in game went back and used the 30 second smear video (made by you) as "proof" to the admins of bo4r being a cheater. I'm not surprised that the tf2center admins in all their infinite wisdom accepted that 30 second video as proof rather than actually watching the demo. First you make a video carefully edited to accuse him of cheating, then use others' reactions to that video as further "proof" of cheating? I thought we were looking for the truth here.
Is there a center admin who can tell us if barycenter's video was the only evidence used, or if there was more investigating?

i went into the hudplayerhealth.res and changed some setting dont really remember it now, but it changed the health to green and it was readable and i was happy. only problem is everytime i get buffed it just returns to the unreadable white and idk how to fix
Go into clientscheme.res and look for "Buff Color" or something similar and change the numbers so it's to a color of your liking.
it just goes back to the unseeable white, even after the buff runs out. also if i change servers or classes its like i never changed the health to green
