even with your potato cfg, dxlevel 91 gives me like 90 fps. dxlevel 81 gives me stable 300+ without any fps cfg. i really want to use prism hud which is a dx 9 only thing, any help here?

even though its set to 1920x1080, its still letterboxed on my monitor, and its not even recognizing my second monitor which was working 100% fine an hour ago with windows 7. any ideas?
