Sometimes same thing happens to me, but if you open your task manager, click options and select "always on top" and it should let you use task manager even if tf2 is frozen

I'm a silver medic pls make a team if you have a brain and want tf2 to have any chance at IM or just a healthy scene in general. I think people in tf2 (and life) don't lead because they have no experience which is dumb. Really though, its a new opportunity to learn and grow; you'll only get better at it and learn from mistakes. You may completely flop and fail your team, but not even giving it a chance is worse.
