ESEA if you have good ping in USA servers
LBTF if you have good ping in Southamerica servers
UGC is good but I have problems with the interface most of the time.
theres loads of south american teams, not just from brazil, its more of a general south american league AFAIK
just search for a spanish speaking team
and if you think UGC website is bad consider yourself lucky you dont have to use AsiaFortress

Most laptops & ultrabooks have the minimal settings in BIOS (Boot order and the likes) and dont let you have fun customizing anything about the CPU
Is there any program to allow me to change CPU options directly from windows ? C-states, turbo, frequencies....

dropdown to mid is iffy and huge, ive seen some meds backing into that and being trapped
high ground in last (left exit from spawn) seems too powerful
