How to switch weapons while viewing scoreboard

zenIf you use the "equip weapon_tf_scattergun" or whatever those commands are called, it will work even while scoreboard is open. The easiest way is to use broesels crosshair switcher https://code.google.com/archive/p/broesels-crosshair-switcher/
actually it's "use tf_weapon_scattergun"
it might work tho

Some network lags

CitroMaindRotten_MindHi guys,check your QoS settings on your router, update wireless card drivers.
So I bought a new pc (laptop, actually)
And im playing tf2 on it.
But every 5 mins or so i get network freeze (or lag), it's not even fps drop, just freeze.
Can somebody help me?
Specs:
Intel Core i5
NVidia GeForce 940mx
my router doesn't have qos, and my drivers are OK.

Vulcani'm pretty sure just changing your hats will do this but i'm also pretty sure it's banned in most leagues
why is it banned btw? i don't see anything wrong in it.
changing loadouts is the feature of the game.

I there any way to preload particles (pcf.)?

ok, so i found the file called texture_preload_list.txt
there's all paths of model files, which means (i think) they are forced to be preloaded by this file.
if you will write all of the particles there, and place it in tf folder,it will not work,BUT
if you will manage to somehow put this file into tf2_misc_dir.vpk it think it will work.
but when i tried to create the new tf2_misc_dir.vpk (the exact same with original file, but with edited preload list)
my vpk.exe just crashed
can anyone test this out?
