there's much things you might mean.
1.make .pcf files .mdl files (???)
for example blood_impact.pcf change to blood_impact.mdl (?????????????)
2.you mean we need to place ALL of the particles in preload_room so it can be preloaded.
3.or, somehow decompile pcf files
