most tf2 players are socially retarded enough to scapegoat single members of their team as the problem when much more complicated issues happen, and therefore pull the trigger on cutting them instantaneously rather than working through their issues
I gloat when the obvious (ie doing so doesn't fix all their issues) happens immediately

my biggest pet peeve in life is when I am 100% sure that I am right about something and people still insist that I am not
in this case, being labelled as passive-aggressive (ie finding a way to express disapproval or attack someone while avoiding confrontation), even though I hate avoiding confrontation because I think it's far more toxic to do so than it is to attempt to work issues out face to face, regardless of the potential difficulties in doing so
hence, I am not passive-aggressive
