I've found a gamebreaking bug on this map, you should really fix it as quick as you can.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mT0g4gcDZgU

That's a video of it but basically in that spot I can escape plan taunt without taking any dmg myself because the explosion is above the ramp, meaning I can easily get 4ks or even more if the enemy team doesn't know about it.

edit: to clarify this is below the ramp on the left on last.

#89 How to Make Videos for TF2 in Videos
toothNot sure if this is the best place to put this, but with all the talk of Fraps/MSI Afterburner compared to Source Recorder I thought I would chime in with what is, IMO, the easiest way to get a good enough quality video on Youtube in the shortest amount of time.

I've been toying around with using OBS and the NVENC encoder to record TF2. NVENC uses the dedicated H264 encoder, included on most Nvidia GPUs produced after March 2012 (check the for Shadowplay compatibility as Shadowplay uses NVENC to record), to record high quality compressed video with basically zero impact on game performance. This means I can load up TF2, exec a high quality autoexec with exaggerated motion blur settings, play a demo, then record the clip and be done. After those few steps, I'll have a nice little H264 compressed 1080p 60fps video of beautiful max settings TF2.

Also I should note that this method would work with any recording software that utilizes NVENC, Intel's quicksync, or whatever AMD has for their hardware accelerated encoding solution. I used OBS because it's the most configurable.

Here's an example of something that took about 5 minutes to record and upload (watch in 60 fps):

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5LZMwz6x10M

So I've tried to do the same thing that you have, but my vid looks like absolute dog shit. This is what it looks like. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nTnruH2tt48&feature=youtu.be That is 60 fps, 25000 bps using OBS and NVENC with the config you linked. I also would think my computer is good enough to run the game at high setting and 60 fps. This is the first time I try anything more complicated than recording a demo with fraps...

These are some of my specs:
Nvidia GeForce GTX 670 4 GB
8 GB RAM
Intel Core i5-3570K CPU @ 3.40GHz

I'd love to get some help as I really wanna make some videos with decent quality in a somewhat simple way.

EDIT: I now did it the way kirby explained in his post.

#33 ZOWIE FK1 Review in Hardware
caembermolehektikpovohatSensei Raw has an older laser sensor (Avago A9500)
Zowie FK1 has a current optical sensor (Pixart PMW3310H)

Sensei's sensor has accel, FK1's hasn't!

I don't get accel with my sensei raw. I ran Mouse Movement Recorder to test it.
you can test your hardware accel like that: go into TF2, mark your mouse position with your thumb, move the mouse an arbitrary amount slowly, then move it back really fast until it hits your thumb again. If you end up in (basically) the same location, you don't have hardware acceleration

I've tried that and haven't noticed any accel.

#28 Increasing DPI vs. increasing in-game sensitivity in Q/A Help
rakzbrbrstabbyrakzbrbr
in the rest if you use high dpi you should use higher resolution
thats why they are made for.. and for gaming brands make marketing.
Again, high DPI is not necessarily better. Most mice get tracking errors at lower speeds at higher DPI's.

for FPS you should be always good with the low 400-450-500, just find your native

Ye but if I have that low I'll get pixel skipping.

#21 Increasing DPI vs. increasing in-game sensitivity in Q/A Help

Anyone know the native dpi for sensei raw? I use 400 dpi and 5.37 in-game, time to make some changes I guess.

I found it I think. 90, 180, 270, 360 and so on is the native dpi.

Edit: Does it really make big difference if my settings aren't optimal? I tried 720 dpi and 3.3 in-game so it feels like the previous settings in-game, but it feels way too high in windows, though I guess it's only a matter of getting used to it.

Edit2: How can I check how many pixels I skipped with my previous settings?

This mouse seems very similar to the Sensei Raw I have, atleast the measurements (almost identical) and the shape. What are the biggest differences between these two mice?

Terraria, though you'd probably have to help the kid a little bit. Best if the kid is 8+ years old.

TomSSGod bless Gaben

Even in this thread about primarily demos I could sense your soldier hate, lol.

(I think you are the Tom I think you are, and I'm the mole I am)

OT: I think a slight but different nerf could work, though the meta is fine as it is.

BitSetsulBitSetsulThe countdown is a javascript object from dota2.com
Probably just reused it.
Shhhh, I want to read some conspiracy theories.
