I used to be friends with crespi a really long time ago (when I aliased as "comanche") in pubs.

He would literally try to micro his team in pubs, and constantly got mad over the mic, telling specific players to switch classes and do certain things. When things weren't going well, instead of switching away from medic, he'd just continue to get mad and complain over the mic.

I told him to take it easy, and he removed me.

It doesn't surprise me that he's committed to improving now, but anyone who is looking to pick him up should probably have the same idea of what they want out of a team that crespi does.

Didn't he stop streaming because he said there were too many trolls in the chat? TBH I think it's kinda childish to be SO ornery about him not streaming. It's been like 3 weeks and people are still talking about it.

A PM to enigma would have easily sufficed for this, and yet we have to make a thread about it JUST so that people can sarcastically remark on one thing pyyyour said 4 weeks ago.

Downloading, installing, then using a hack with the specific intent of disrupting 12 other people's game is a on a whole different level than telling a bad joke.

I don't understand how you could possibly even think that hacking is a good idea, ever.

It doesn't really matter that you admit you're hotheaded and juvenile; from my understanding what you did goes far beyond a reasonable level of "dumb" and into "you probably shouldn't ever play pug.na ever again."

I'm at a loss to understand why games like DotA or LoL attract so many spectators while tf2/FPS doesn't. I had to have a DotA-competent friend walk me through why a play was impressive when I tried watching it. How could people not want to watch TF2, even if they don't play? The concept of "goddamn that guy just shot someone out of the air" or "that guy just killed the WHOLE enemy team" seems immediately understandable to someone who doesn't even play video games.

Seems rather impolite to say that your ex-teammates are making bad calls in an open forum. If it were me, I'd keep it to myself.
