sageon a sidenote i think HL replacing casual would be pretty fun, at least someone else could take sniper so the cheaters cant use it.
absolutely not, there's far better ways of stopping cheaters (such as voteban/kick). please dont make casual even worse by making it so you cant play the class you want to
