So, yesterday i installed the anniversary update for windows 10 and my fps in TF2 felt better, i tested it using benchmark and went from:
2639 frames 16.746 seconds 157.59 fps ( 6.35 ms/f) 10.864 fps variability
to
2639 frames 15.832 seconds 166.68 fps ( 6.00 ms/f) 9.992 fps variability
witch is pretty significant in my opinion

it's a thing with maps without lights (tyler_rocket_shooting...), the map uses it to light the map (room) withour need of having lights, if you want to revert it just disable cheats (sv_cheats 0)

there is also .vpk in cleantf that does the same, even on dedicaded servers with sv_cheats 0

Hi, yesterday I've noticed weird thing, after I play TF2 for some time, every single time I close in game chat my FPS significantly drops witch causes annoying lag.
