I'll be home in the KW area during the very end of August. 99% would go if it falls during that time and if PCs are provided

Do you have an antivirus running?
Try playing with steam offline. Sometimes if steam is going up and down (like it is now) it lags every time it reconnects.
Thanks this fixed it, I was on 1.7.2 since it was the latest release.
Hello, I've had an issue lately with the pugme servers. When RTV vote launches there is no map options in the list
mapchooser and rockthevote are both enabled.
My "mapcycle.txt" file contains
cp_gullywash_final1
cp_granary
cp_sunshine_rc7
cp_snakewater_final1
cp_metalworks_rc7
cp_process_final
cp_badlands
And my "maplists.cfg" file contains
"MapLists"
{
/**
* Default requests go right to the mapcyclefile.
*/
"default"
{
"target" "mapcyclefile"
}
/* Admin menu, map menu */
"sm_map menu"
{
"target" "default"
}
/* Admin menu, map voting menu */
"sm_votemap menu"
{
"target" "default"
}
/* For the "randomcycle" plugin */
"randomcycle"
{
"target" "default"
}
/* For the "mapchooser" plugin */
"mapchooser"
{
"target" "default"
}
/* For the "nominations" plugin */
"nominations"
{
"target" "default"
}
}
And I've made sure that mapcyclefile is set to mapcycle.txt in my server.cfg
I have a folder structure that I just drag into all the pugme servers to set them up, and it works just fine on the EU server I set up a week ago, but not on the NA servers so I'm leaning towards the issue being outside of what I've posted here.
Feel free to add me if you think you can help faster that way
If you don't want the hud player model thing on you could have your viewmodels show when you switch weapons until you click
bind MOUSE5 "slot1; viewmodel_fov 90; r_drawviewmodel 1"
bind MOUSE4 "slot2; viewmodel_fov 90; r_drawviewmodel 1"
bind mwheeldown "slot3; viewmodel_fov 90; r_drawviewmodel 1"
alias +attackhide "+attack; r_drawviewmodel 0"
alias -attackhide "-attack"
bind mouse1 "+attackhide"
Is what I have
MumaCan you address the fact that pugme 4 and pugme 5 are the only servers that work and have been for a few weeks now?
The guy paying for them forgot/didn't want to anymore and I haven't managed to talk to him since then. Aristotle messaged me about transferring the pugna servers to me but I haven't heard back about that yet either.
Sorry I should have taken the old ones out of the rotation, I'll do it when I'm back at my PC.
Uploaded the ready up system to replace the old AFK system. I'll keep on eye on the thread or add me on steam if you noticed I missed something/something doesn't work right (did this in a bit of a rush).
dollarlayerJust wanted to mention that the balancing system at least for 6's still isn't balancing the stars properly:
A game from about 2 hours ago: http://i.imgur.com/ltxDemM.png
21 Star team (Blue) vs 25 Star team (Red).
From what I understand the stars aren't how it's balanced. The stars are a mix of your league experience and your TF2 player ranking, but the auto balancer is just player rankings.
At least, this is how one of the TF2C admins explained it
Usually late at night I think, sometimes before scrims.
I'm about to change in current AFK system into a ready up system so people can stay added indefinitely until picking starts. Probably in a day or two. Hopefully that will encourage more people to add up even if there aren't many others added.
spammyFor example, tf2pickup.net compared to AL on tf2c offers you MUCH even team rosters
I'm like 90% sure they are both using Jon's autobalancer, exact same balancing algorithm. Not saying it's good or it's bad but don't make claims after you've played 1 single lobby.
Man this thread made me sad as fuck, every old photo I looked at had someone now dead in it :(

deetrCHERRYsaamafaik there's no easy way to grab your division from eseaDo they even display steamIDs?
Yeah you have to go to the History tab on a player's profile
For example https://play.esea.net/users/691438?tab=history (they are on the right)
I don't know that you can look up a player by their Steam ID though. I suppose you could have them manually enter their ESEA profile and then verify it by cross referencing with the Steam ID on that ESEA profile.
To expand on this, you can search by steamID like this
https://play.esea.net/index.php?s=search&query=U%3A1%3A68484700
Where query=steamid. Has to be steamid3 as far as I know.
To easily grab the divisions they played in, set query strings on a users page
?tab=history&format=json
And check the division_level for each item in history_teams
PS you can use format=json on any page to make things easier (thanks to tsc/jon one of these guys posted this tip before).
