With a quick glance I'd say almost everyone in this thread plays or played ESEA, with the exception of the euros. Just because they aren't good enough for you to know doesn't mean they aren't important.
kermit_So if I am correct, the people saying NO to ESEA were not playing in it anyway (making this argument irrelevant) or if I am wrong these people have still been playing on this client that they think to be a security threat/threat to their PC (which would make them dumb).
That isn't the problem. I trust the client on my PC now, because they have court ordered restrictions and even ESEA isn't stupid enough to fuck that up. They don't want to continue playing because ESEA is a shitty company who they don't want to support. Might as well get something back for the money they have paid though by finishing the season.
