ya that situation was retarded but it doesnt mean arrows arent broken in other situations like when you hit someone for 150 but they hide behind a wall and get bowed to full health and the medic gets 10% uber for that and it takes like .8 seconds

Any idea what can cause this error? I'm using OBS studio, it was working fine last night and now I get this when I try to start a stream. I'm on windows 8 fwiw

What I've tried:

connecting to every server in NA and EU

restarted router and computer

stream key has been reset

turned off and on windows firewall

tried lowering bitrate to 3k

switching streams (from tftv to my personal one)
